 1 in three LP's of tongue-in-cheek synth-pop LP's revolving around the moon, only Germany could offer to the world. Sassy and eerie, it has a je ne sais quoi that reminds of Saâda Bonaire and the Rah Band (the astral theme of "Clouds across the moon" and "Messages from the Stars" I guess).
Not a life-changing album, but not all records need to fundamentaly change the course of one's existence, but filled with lovable quirky numbers, like the opening track "Station Break". I like the overall vibe, midnight jazz and Blau Engel style cabaret: a song like "Conqueror's Fate" sounds like the missing link betweek Marlene Dietrich and Felix Kubin. (VG+ / VG+)
